Mega Clean Drive at Government Hospital Area of Division -2: A Step Towards Cleaner and Beautiful Kavali. 

In a proactive effort to enhance cleanliness, sanitation, and public awareness, the Kavali Municipal Commissioner spearheaded a Mega Clean Drive at the Government Hospital Area of Division -2 of Kavali Municipality, a spot frequently misused for open urination. Recognizing the need for immediate action, the Sanitary Inspector meticulously designed the program to not only clean the space but also implement sustainable measures to prevent further misuse.

A team of 35 dedicated sanitation workers of Division-2 undertook a thorough cleaning process, including waste removal, sanitization of the area. To add a sustainable and aesthetic solution, vibrant rangoli designs were created at key locations. This approach, deeply rooted in cultural significance, served as a visual and psychological deterrent.

The program was supervised and implemented by Ward Sanitation and Environment Secretaries, ensuring the drive was executed efficiently. Additionally, Public Representatives and Doctors attended as Chief Guests, reinforcing the importance of community participation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment. They also emphasized the health hazards of open urination and encouraged responsible civic behavior.

Through this Mega Clean Drive, the Kavali Municipal Commissioner’s vision of transforming public spaces was successfully realized. This initiative not only restored the area but also set an example for sustainable sanitation practices, inspiring citizens to take collective responsibility in making Kavali a cleaner and more livable city.
